You will need:

Fresh or canned tomatoes

Butter or olive oil

Cooked, chopped chicken (optional)

Chicken broth

Salt & pepper

4 qt kettle

 

Roughly 1 hour prep and prepare

 

Cook's Note:

For a heartier soup add the chicken.

If you like spicey, substitute rotel for the tomatoes.
