Refunds/Cancellations

REFUND POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it in it's original condition within seven days of receipt of your order and we will gladly refund your purchase price. Boxed items must be returned in their original undamaged shipping box. Shipping costs and
insurance are nonrefundable. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is because of a result of our error. To return any product, please call our store toll free at 1-800-950-4558 and we will give you return instructions. Please DO NOT return the merchandise without authorization by our Customer Service Department.

If you receive a shipment which is damaged upon receipt, please contact us. Our shipments are insured, and we will file a claim for you with the carrier that delivered the shipment. Please retain the package and contents, as the carrier may wish to inspect it.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must occur before 2 p.m. Central Standard Time the same day the order is placed or if the order is placed after 2 p.m., the order may be cancelled before 2 p.m. of the next day.

Personalized Greetings for Gifts:
For all the gift boxes, we include an option on our website to add your own personalized greeting. We include a small gold gift card and greeting to any gift box that you order. If you have more than one gift box to be sent to different addresses, please give us a call or e-mail us with the addresses and gift messages. Each separate address
requires separate shipping charges.
